With
all the sports utility vehicles available these days Land
Rover is still the bench mark to beet. Since the early days
just after the second world war when steel was in short supply,
and owning a Land Rover was a necessity because nothing else
would do the job, the humble "Landy" has evolved.
Whilst the utilitarian models are still available, the most
popular models are the high in creature comfort road going
versions. That said, if it's a Land Rover it will still go
off road with the best of them. Land Rover claim theres is
the best 4x4, given the competition this is a confident statement-
but probably true.
